We open in New Vancouver in the year 2035. where rebels are hiding, when a women, Officer Lainey, and her robot bust in guns blazing, they kill everyone, but a baby and it's parents. We then head to a flashback and find out there is a Sterilization Act, where women are made infertile by the government, but can earn their fertility back through the Propagation Control. Lainey is a part of Propagation Control, and only joined so that she can have a child. They people still alive are mentals, people with telekinetic powers, and trick her into thinking they are free to go, but her robot isn't infected and kills them all.
The head of Propagation Control then arrives and tells her that the robot did it's job and that everyone there was a mental, and that they were taking the child to the Prophet of the mentals. Back in the flashback we see that she is approved to have a child, but she can't because she is biologically infertile. In present time, Lainey tries to take on the head of PC, but get shot down, not dead though, the men who came in with him discover that the baby is missing. The short ends with us finding out that the baby is the Prophet, and he kills the head of PC, and claims Lainey to be his new mom.
The End.
