We open in a hospital with a man strapped to a bed, a nurse and doctor come in and peels part of his skin off which reveals a film strip. The next morning they roll him out into a cage where the public can watch him. Later on they take more skin off and are about to sedate him when he breaks free and kills the doctor. He leaves his room and kills the 2 cops on duty and leaves the hospital. He follows train tracks to a train cart and pushes it out of the tunnel. The short then ends with him laying dead, and the sky raining blood.
