Fear runs deep. Revenge runs deeper.
Wasn't sure what I was hoping for in the sequel, but I'm very happy with how it turned out. The same actresses from the first returned, or at least the ones that survived in the first movie, and Prince Charming was in it! Or the guy who plays him on Once Upon A Time was, which was cool.
The movie picks up with Sarah, our main/final girl from the first movie, finding her way out of the cave and to the road. She gets taken to a hospital, where she is sedated and when woken she doesn't remember the last 2 days or that her family is dead. The cops decide the best thing to do to find the other girls is for Sarah to take them back to the cave, hell no! I wouldn't have gone anywhere near that place again. From there on out they encounter, or in Sarah's case re-encounter, the creatures and a friend from the past.
Finding out a certain someone actually survived the first movie was a great twist. The creatures were still interesting and there was a body builder type one his time around which was kinda odd but cool too. Plus the actual twist at the end was definitely a surprise and I wouldn't mind seeing another installment in the series.
